Rosemary Bruce-Jones welcomes you to her 1930's classic designed "bed breakfast Edinburgh" house set in its own garden in a quiet and attractive residential area only 20 minutes walk from Princes Street. Only 5 minutes from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. The good bus service takes only 5 minutes to get into the very centre of Edinburgh. Orchard Road South is 15 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and the Forth Road Bridge.

There is free parking near "bed breakfast edinburgh" on the street in front of the house. Rosemary is a member of the local Fine Art Society, and she is happy to suggest where to visit and what to do during your stay. Inside, the house has many original period features. It is warm, comfortable and traditionally furnished.

Both Double Bedrooms have Queen-size beds, both have en-suite facilities. All rooms are light and airy. The Twin Bedroom also has a bathroom ensuite. All bedrooms have tea, coffee making facilities, television, radio alarm clock, and a hair dryer. There are ironing facilities available upon request at "Drumfin". Full Scottish cooked breakfast or an ample Continental style breakfast, with fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, choice of cereals, toast, preserves, and fresh coffee, tea, etc., served in the Dining Room. Rosemary is a keen gardener. Wifi available. Guests are welcome to sit and enjoy the garden. Sorry, we do not take children.

Peaceful Location Plenty to do Lovely Atmosphere

There are many exciting things to see and do around Edinburgh. Besides the Castle the Zoo and the superb shops, we are convenient for the Forth Road Bridge and Museum. The Modern Art Gallery is very close and free buses are available from there to all the other Art Galleries in the City. Murrayfield Stadium is within walking distance. Things to do in Edinburgh

There are Botanical Gardens and several Golf courses in the area. Sightseeing tours can be arranged and there is a file of tourist information in each room. Rosemary is happy to help you plan your day. Bed breakfast Edinburgh is only a pleasant 20 minutes walk (5 mins by car or taxi) away from the West End Restaurants. The Edinburgh bus service is very good ~ 5 minutes on a 41 or 13 bus into city centre and 20 minutes walk through the Georgian area of the city. Very convenient for Rugby fans as Murrayfield Stadium within 20 minutes walk. Walking distance to Western General Hospital for those Doctors taking their exams and Physicians Hall and 15 from the Airport by taxi or bus to the door. Ask for information. Modern Art Museum 10 minutes walk and free buses from Museums.
